1. Structural features: Dry wet cooling mainly consists of low-noise large-diameter axial flow fans, water vapor collection devices, new spray devices, high heat transfer rate light metal aluminum alloy evaporation condensing coil devices, automatic floating ball water replenishment devices, lightweight structures, and imported anti-corrosion aluminum magnesium zinc plate covers.

2. Innovative technology: The whole machine is divided into two major heat exchange components: energy-saving air-cooled low-temperature anti scaling cooling section and spray evaporative cooling condensation section. The air passing through the device is maintained at wet bulb temperature, which is 5-10 ℃ lower than the air temperature of a simple air cooler. This technology is called a new energy-saving technology for low-temperature anti scaling of air cooling. Its application saves 30% water and 20% electricity compared to existing evaporative condensers.

3. The energy-saving air cooling low temperature anti scaling cooling section makes the cooling effect of the whole machine more significant when the ambient temperature is low. In the cold winter, stopping the water pump and only performing low-temperature air cooling can fully meet the goal of normal use, achieving water and electricity conservation.

4. Low noise large caliber large air volume axial flow fan, energy-saving, optional configuration of energy-saving variable frequency motor, more energy saving and consumption reduction, achieving economic operation.

5. The all aluminum corrugated integral finned tube with special anti-corrosion oxidation treatment is more resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has a longer service life.

6. The material of heat exchange tubes is mainly selected for users based on their working environment, working conditions, cooling medium, and service life, including copper tubes, aluminum alloy tubes, aluminum alloy finned tubes, stainless steel round tubes, stainless steel corrugated tubes, carbon steel round tubes, and carbon steel elliptical tubes.
